Chinezii de la Huawei au lansat la Mobile World Congress de la Barcelona phabletul MediaPad X1, un gadget care, cu al sau ecran de 7 inchi, se situeaza la limita dintre un telefon si o tableta.
Ii spunem telefon pentru ca, spre deosebire de produsele cu care va concura, Huawei MediaPad X1 este singurul care are modul de telefon si nu oricare, ci cu 4G. Un astfel de demers l-a mai incercat si Asus, in trecut, insa a renuntat la idee. Sa vorbesti la o tableta de 7 inchi la ureche este un lucru cel putin inedit.
Dincolo de intrebarea retorica – avem de-a face cu un telefon sau o tableta – cert este ca Huawei MediaPad X1 este cel mai subtire si mai usor gadget de acest tip din lume. Are numai 7,18 mm in grosime si cantareste 239g, fiind astfel mai usor si mai subtire decat iPad si Nexus 7.
Huawei MediaPad X1 are un ecran cu rezolutie Full HD, cu 323 de pixeli pe inch, un procesor de 1.6GHz HiSilicon 910 SoC, video ARM Mali-450 GPU, 2GB RAM, doua camere foto-video, una de 13-megapixel Sony Exmore BSI si o alta de 5 MP, 16GB spatiu de stocare si o baterie de 5,000mAh.
Bateria e una inteligenta, fiind capabila sa incarce si alt dispozitiv atasat.
Huawei MediaPad X1 va rula Android 4.4.2 si fi lansata pe piata la pretul de 400 euro.
Cu ocazia evenimentului de la Barcelona, Huawei a lansat si tableta MediaPad M1, un gadget de 8-inch cu un ecran de 1280 x 800 IPS, procesor 1.6GHz quad-core, doua camere, de 5 respectiv 1 MP, o baterie de 4800mAh.
Ambele tablete vin cu LTE Cat4 support ( cu viteze de pana la 150Mbps) si suport dual-mode Wi-Fi.
MediaPad M1 va fi lansata in perioada urmatoare la un pret ce nu a fost anuntat.

HUAWEI MediaPad X1 combines the functionality of a smartphone and tablet in a full aluminum alloy unibody, providing outstanding comfort and ease of use at only 239g and 7.18mm thin. Its 7-inch 1200 x 1920 FHD LTPS touch display features a 80% screen-to-body ratio.
